CA Vishal Rathi is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2016. He has handled various assignments in his professional career, which include Taxation, Internal Audits,Bank Audits Statutory Audits, Company Law matters, Due Diligence & various types of Management Assurance Services. He is the Head of the Accounting Governance Department in our Company.
CA Anurag Jain(CA, B.COM)
CA Anurag Jain is a graduate and a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with 5 years standing in the profession.He has experience of handling management / operational audits, designing Standard Operating Procedures and managing risk based internal audits for several large clients across different industries.He has been conducting Statutory and concurrent Audit of various Public Sector Banks. He is the Head of the Data Analytics Department of Our Company

CA Nirmal Nagda is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a commerce graduate from VNSGU, Surat.He specializes in areas of Direct Tax. He renders advisory, planning and compliance services for corporates on Income tax.He has acumen for process and controls and specializes in Internal Audit. He worked for retail & manufacturing industries.He is Managing Director of our Company.

CA Lakshya Bagra is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a commerce graduate from VNSGU, Surat. An amiable enthusiast who’s always curious to explore new avenues. Experienced in the field of GST.He has been engaged in revenue audit, stock audit of clients across different industries.He is Chief Financial Officer of our Company.

CA YATIN CHUGH is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2015. . Subsequently, he also completed a Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA). He has excellency in advance Excel and also conducts many seminar over advance excel. He has been conducting Statutory & Tax audit, Internal audit of Companies, and providing services in the field of accounts, Income Tax & Company Law matters. He is the Head of the Operational Governance Department of Our Company.
